I am skeptical but if this cleanser can flush out the toxins in my body, help me loose weight (so i can start with a new slate) and help me feel and look healthier, then i am completely game for it. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have read quite a bit about this FAST. Beyonce did it and claims to have lost 20 pounds. A few other celebrities have tried this, so i am very curious. I just hope i do it correctly. I actually started dieting three days ago. I've eaten less than 1500 calories a day. I've lost almost two pounds. I do alternate light jogs. I also have a very light exercise routine. I am trying to get back into the shape i was in when i was in my early twenties.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I bought all the ingredients i needed at the Air Force Base Commissary yesterday. My friend Jojo came along and bought the ingredients also. He said he will be starting today. I wish him luck! It'll be good to have a support group.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;My fiancee Alesha is very skeptical about the whole thing.  Fortunately, she will be gone for 9 days. This basically means that she will not be around to cook me delicious meals. Regardless, i need to clean up my act pertaining to all the bad foods i've put into my body. I also need to cut some pounds for my feature film MISSING AUDREY.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I made one gallon of the MASTER CLEANSE. It should last 2 days. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10:30 a.m. - Woke up late. I started the MASTER CLEANSE immediately. The taste is not bad, as long as you like spicy. So far so GooD!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;10:30 p.m. - My energy is pretty low but i kept myself doing something throughout the day. I have been craving food very little. Everything looked so delicious such as chocolate, the chili dog my fiance made for herself and the jelly beans i just bought my daughter a few hours ago. It was strange at one point. There was a car that made a few u-turns and proceeded to follow me. It was strange since there were not that many vehicles in the area. It was also very dark (around 10:30pm). The person probably thought that i was a woman. Especially with my long hair put in a nice neat pony tail. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Regardless... he high beamed me at one point and i looked at him straight in the eyes. I think that is when he realized that i was a man (with facial hair and not so pretty). I expected to brawl... but he would have been in for a surprise. I have over 12 years of martial arts training, i've taught almost three of those years, i have a Black Belt (which really isn't as important as my passion for fighting - i believe in the art of self defense and i love confrontation) and last but not least... i had my knife with me).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bottom line... nothing happened... which is ultimately good. Because you never know... he could have had an AK47 in his vehicle and i may have not been able to write this experience. Pretty unusual for me... i tend to run in the early mornings. I went from Fort MacArthur to Port O Call in San Pedro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I also took a 3 miles walk with Jojo today along the beach... Since then i have been injured numerous times... but i always find the time to run at least 1-3 times a week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I figured i would write this blog just to keep track of my miles and my physical activity.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today i ran 4 miles.
